Physiotherapist

She, Her

Sheinaz has been a physiotherapist and member of the OPPQ (Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec) since 2000.

With over 20 years of experience treating abdominal, pelvic, and perineal conditions, including vulvar and vaginal dysfunction, bladder pain and dysfunction, abdominal conditions (both pre and post surgery) , Sheinaz brings both deep clinical knowledge and a compassionate, intuitive approach to care. She has a particular interest in postoperative pain, dysfunction, and the often-unseen challenges that can accompany healing.

At the heart of Sheinaz's practice are kindness, empathy, and respect. She believes every body and every healing journey is unique, and that care is not simply about treating a condition—it’s about truly listening, understanding, and walking alongside each client with compassion.

Sheinaz has developed specialized protocols using low-level laser therapy (LLLT) to support soft tissue and scar tissue healing. Red light stimulates the mitochondria—the powerhouse of our cells—to encourage collagen production, soften scar tissue, and restore more natural movement. Cold LASER (LLLT) also supports nerve regeneration, reduces inflammation, and improves circulation, helping tissues receive the oxygen and nutrients they need to heal.

Sheinaz offers her services in the following areas:
