Sexologist
She/her, They/them
Sam is a sexologist and has been a member of the Ordre professionnel des sexologues du Québec (OPSQ). Their approach is based on queer, feminist, intersectional, anti-oppressive and diversity-affirmative theories. The values of openness, inclusion and recognition of social inequalities are at the heart of their practice. They believe that each person is an expert in their own experience.
Their career has been marked by several years of involvement in the community, working with 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. These experiences have allowed them to develop a better understanding of the diverse realities and specific issues, as well as their possible impacts on the sexual and emotional health of 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals.
