During initial appointments, the social worker will explore the history of the relationship, the strengths and challenges, expectations and needs of each person. This will be a space for listening and mutual understanding, enabling the objectives of the intervention to be identified.
Appointment(s) following assessment: joint intervention plan
Following the assessment, the social worker will suggest courses of action and work with you to draw up a personalized action plan. This plan will aim to achieve the objectives defined together and equip each person for better communication and greater relationship satisfaction.
